“Very rarely do I write a letter like this, but my experience with your company fully justifies it.  So I’m writing to express my thanks to everyone at Ohana who made my order earlier this year possible, and in particular to Aneda who, as your sales coordinator, was outstandingly patient and helpful to me in an atypical situation.

I live on the tropical island of Grenada, a retired man with a limited budget … Nature grows incredibly fast, and everything corrodes rapidly in the hot, humid and salty atmosphere …  So I’ve delayed buying expensive furniture until I understood properly what I needed. I have visited every furniture store on the island without success, and I searched the internet for many months to find something with a specification that would operate well here … I slowly narrowed down possible sources, and Ohana came out well ahead of anything else that I found, especially with the possibility of your luxury range. But the list prices were well outside my budget, especially given that the price would at least double for it to come here.

Hoping that I could find a way forward, I contacted Ohana and started a correspondence with your sales coordinator Aneda… She advised me on what would work best in the tropical conditions that I described, and put together prices for several options, using sets on sale as a starting point to get me best prices.  I was delighted to discover that I could actually get a set to fit my patio inside the budget that I had available, and with the discount offered I could even afford the Luxury range with the higher backs to be comfortable as I grow older… I felt it was risky to spend so much for furniture I’d never actually seen or tried, but the detail of your information and the feeling of honesty in all your interactions gave me the confidence to proceed.

The order was delivered to a shipper in Florida, and then travelled by sea to the island, and arrived in Grenada on schedule… Everything  was in perfect condition despite its long journey.   It was as simple as promised to set up, and it fits perfectly on my patio, showing that your stated dimensions were totally accurate.  And I was delighted to find that it’s as beautiful in real life as your website pictures suggest, and superbly comfortable, and it resists the rain superbly.  It’s obviously too soon to know for sure that it will last for a long time, but it seems to be robust, and so I feel that I’ve acquired exactly what I wanted!  So thank you to everyone involved; I cannot recommend Ohana highly enough … As a delighted customer, I wish you every success for the future of your company.  With excellent products and excellent sales coordination and customer service staff like Aneda, you should have an excellent future!  So once again, thank you all.”
