” I wish to commend your company on the outstanding job they did on my June order of the 2 club chairs with matching ottomans. We already have the 7 piece sofa, 2 club chairs and coffee table and have been very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the pieces. So, there was no hesitation as to where we would go to add more seating to our set. I understood that the above order would take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive in CT. However, I was totally surprised when I got a call the NEXT week that the chairs/ottomans were in CT, ready to be delivered! We were not at home at the initial time of delivery, but I was very impressed how accommodating the delivery men were and that there would be no problem for them to return later that afternoon/early evening. The chairs/ottomans arrived in perfect condition and we were able to enjoy them for the 4th of July. This company goes beyond what is expected in its customer service, merchandise and delivery. I will definitely be ordering more furniture from the Ohana Wicker Furniture. I do not have any pictures to send just yet as we are still working on completing/decorating our patio. However, please feel free to use my comments.”
