This was a very large investment and one that needs to last for many years to come. We couldn’t be more thrilled not only with the quality of product, but how easy it was to assemble everything. Okay nothing required assembly, other than the dining table. Everything shipped in easy to open boxes, was well packaged, and logically thought out. What impressed me most is that we had an issue with the height of the bar stools due to an oversight in measurement, Ohana Wicker Furniture was more than happy to exchange them for me … In addition, Ohana Wicker’s customer service team would randomly send out emails letting us know of the current status waiting on the replacement items. We are IN LOVE with our furniture selection as it’s more than just outdoor furniture — it’s helping us to create memories with friends and family for many, MANY years to come.
