“I also wanted to reach out to Customer Service to say “Thank You”. We have had a 7 piece sectional for many years, and I wanted to change the color of the cushions. When I called, Customer Service was able to look up my original order and know exactly what needed to be replaced. I asked if there was any way we could get the cushions ASAP, as I am having a Christmas Party this Saturday. The cushions arrived right away, which gave me time to search for some pillows to accent the sectional.
