“… I also wanted to reach out to Customer Service to say “Thank You”. We have had a 7 piece sectional for many years, and I wanted to change the color of the cushions. When I called, Customer Service was able to look up my original order and know exactly what needed to be replaced. I asked if there was any way we could get the cushions ASAP, as I am having a Christmas Party this Saturday. The cushions arrived right away, which gave me time to search for some pillows to accent the sectional. I don’t think I have ever dealt with a Customer Service Department that was so intelligent, accommodating and nice. I wish I remembered the name of the person that helped me, but I’m sure if you ask, you will be able to find the right gal to express my sincere Thanks.  She was awesome.
